Your 5-Minute ‘Food for Thought’ Coffee Break: Low Energy Mornings Get a Boost

Some of us are lucky to be naturally awake and motivated morning people, some of us have to peel our eyes open long enough to make and imbibe the sweet essence that is caffeinated coffee products. Some you’ve probably heard before, like avoiding email as much as possible in the morning, but there are others that wouldn’t immediately come to mind that make a lot of sense. For example,

  • Start with something you enjoy
  • Plan ahead (start your day the night before)
  • Begin with what’s most important

There are seven in total, so I don’t know about putting them all to use simultaneously, but maybe try one or two out for a month and see what happens!
