Back in the ‘90’s I started visiting our clients’ inbound package rooms to help them automate and improve productivity. During this time, a regular conversation was, “how do I stop employees from having personal items shipped to work?” To this day, we continue to have a ‘Personal Item’ notification feature that emails the “bad” employee to tell them that personal shipments are not permitted AND shames them into coming down to the mailroom to pick it up in person.
